It really wasn’t a day I had been looking forward to, but your skill in crafting all the memories and stories we shared into a touching Ceremony made the saddest of days so much more bearable. Many people commented on the inclusiveness, and how it felt as though J was right there with us.  He was your childhood school friend who you knew for over 40 years, yet you made us all feel safe and your opening words really spoke for (and embraced) the emotion and grief present among over 170 of his friends and family.  People laughed and cried and were, as you saw, visibly moved throughout.  What you did for J, his parents and myself today will always be remembered with such great affection.  Again, thank you. 21st December 2017: (From the Funeral Director)  Paul, that was beautiful.  Of all the services I have sat in on lately (and that’s a lot) I have never heard anything quite like your one at all.  I was captivated.  You did an amazing job for A’s family (and us).  It was so heartfelt, and communicated with a genuine warmth and sincerity.  Thank you so much.

21st December 2017: (From the Family) Just to say many thanks for conducting the funeral for A this week.  So many people commented on your lovely service and it was one of the nicest funeral services we have ever attended, mostly due to your sensitivity and compassion.  Wishing you the very best for 2018. 4th January 2018:  Thank you for making G’s service so memorable for us – you lead really a beautiful service, and it went so smoothly.  Even the weather brightened up as we’d asked him to make the sun shine for us.  You were simply amazing. Love, K, G, R & C.

8th January 2018: Just a quick note to say thank you for today.  Some people asked if you were a friend of the family; but everyone we spoke to said they felt it captured Dad really well, and didn’t feel as though someone was delivering a service ‘by the numbers’.  It was so personal to him.  Even the one little ‘fluff’ “Mr Jo Bangles, sorry Mr Bo Jangles” was so well timed it would have made Dad chuckle!  You made us all smile there, just when we needed it.  Thank you again, Love, A, J, W and S, and R, S, H and L.

10th January 2018:  Thank you for a very moving Ceremony for J.  Everyone who attended said it reflected J as they remembered her.  The younger ones knew her as a gentle, quiet lady always ready for a laugh.  You made it work perfectly for both generations.  Thank you again for a lovely service, I will be forever grateful, T, P, S and I.

10th January 2018:  Oh my – what a personal and intimate service!  I know there were only 11 of us, but you made it feel like we were the only people in the world who mattered as we said our goodbyes to D today.  Even the family who came up from Wales loved you to bits – and the venue.  The sunset we could see over London as we left was beautiful – and really echoed with your own words during the committal.  It was as if the sun knew. 11th January 2018:  Thank you, Paul.  You’re an amazing man.  You led a beautiful, spacious service for J.  Thank you for all your support over the last 2 weeks, and for giving K and J the strength to deliver their own words. It meant so much to everyone.  J,J, K and L.

12th January 2018: Paul: Thank you.  You did E proud today in true East End style, and you had her to a ‘Tee’.  Everyone was already speaking about how lovely the service was before we even left, and I have had telephone calls saying how lovely it was in the days since, too.  I will never forget this day – it was perfect – and that’s all down to you and Jeremy.  Thank you again.  Love C, R & B.

16th January 2018:  Paul – Just want to say a massive thank you for Dad’s service on Tuesday.  It was perfect for both him and us.  Everyone thinks you’re brilliant and such a lovely man.  I have kept your card and will always recommend you if people need you, and I’ve kept your number just in case, if you don’t mind?  Toasting Dad with a final ‘cheers’ as the curtains closed and we all took a tot from our hip flasks was the crowning glory!  Thank you again. 18th January 2018:  That was so perfect Paul, we can’t thank you enough.  Today was so hard saying farewell to our little one, but your empathy and compassion struck a note with us from the first time we meet you.  Your Ceremony was perfectly planned & written, and communicated with that same emotion on the day, not just like someone was reading words on a page. How you managed it, we’ll never know, but everyone said you were amazing.  Thank you again for making our hardest goodbye so special and perfect; just like T was to us. Love T & Y.

25th January 2018:  Thank you, Paul.  That was such a lovely service, and you had J to a tee.  It was him all over.  Love S & R.

26th January 2018:  Paul, Thank you for everything you did to make sure S’s service went so well.  From start to finish it was just perfect, the care you took from the time you met us was excellent.  I know people always say ‘it was such a lovely service’ but it really was.  A beautiful time filled with memories and love, and I know S would have approved.  So many people asked about you.  Thank you so much.  It was exactly what I wanted – you made it all possible.  Love, J, J, A, H & S.

30th January 2018:  That was a brilliant service. Paul  It was light-hearted, honest, tender and loving and will leave us with many beautiful memories of R.  From everyone joining in the singing, to people spontaneously applauding those who spoke.  Thank you for supporting C & L to give their own readings, too.  What you wrote and delivered was a work of pure genius!  Thank you.  Love, B, R and all of R’s Grand/Great Grandchildren and friends.

5th February 2018:  Paul – that was such a lovely service.  All about Mum.  You have left us with some lovely memories of that special time. and it really felt like all the time in the world was ours that morning at Forest Park.  You’ve done so much to ease our pain – you made us feel safe.  We would not have got through the day without your support and kindness. 14th February 2018:  Paul.  Thank you so much for helping us to put together a beautiful service for G.  You made a horrible time so much easier for us to deal with.  You were kind and listened to our ideas, and understood what our needs were and the way we wanted everything to run.  We can definitely say we gave G the perfect send-off.  Thank you again, M, R & B.

14th February 2018:  Thank you for leading J’s service.  I know it was a complex funeral, and the timings were tricky but you held it together beautifully.  The eulogy was spot-on – as if you had actually known her.  Everyone commented after how much they enjoyed it (if you can say that for a funeral!) The photo’s and video tribute bought back so many lovely memories.  Thank you also for your compassion and gentleness towards A, and understanding his own anxieties.  I know he would have greatly appreciated that.  Love S & A.

20th February 2018:  Paul – thank you for everything – that was amazing.  Especially the Dr. Who themed committal words as D was buried outside.  How creative.  You made it all about him, and the little chapel was packed with people who knew D from all walks of his life.  

22nd February 2018:  That was the most gentle and beautiful service I have ever been to, Paul.  You listened to what we needed as a family and delivered the service in such a way so as to reflect S’s character, whilst also easing our worry abut taking children and grand children to their first funeral.  

23rd February 2018: Paul – We just wanted to say a huge, heartfelt thank you for the lovely tributes you delivered for Dad.  You made the day a very memorable one as it was the Celebration of Dad’s life we all wanted.  Family and friends made so many lovely comments about the service.  You bought the whole service together and gave the whole family your support.  You also gave me the confidence to deliver my eulogy which mattered very much to me.  Thank you so much again.  Love, P, A & Family.

23rd February 2018: Your skill and professionalism shone through today, Paul.  Your own passion for travelling could be felt in the delivery of our service for B, as she, too was a keen traveller.  You amazed everyone on the day due to the unfortunate circumstances which unfolded.  The only thing missing was your wings!

27th February 2018:  What a lovely service you did for Mum, Paul.  Thanks for listening so much and getting it spot on.  We didn’t want a long service, and you achieved that without making us feel like it was rushed either – especially when people went to place flowers by her coffin.  That felt timeless and leaves us with nothing but treasured memories of a lovely lady.  Just as we wanted.

27th February 2018:  Paul – what can we say.  From the moment we met you, your guidance and support of us as a family has been dignified and unwavering; far beyond what we could have hoped for at this difficult time.  You crafted and led the most tender and personal of ceremonies for Y.  It was such a relief to have you and N, the Funeral Director.  You are both exceptional, and your care and compassion are first rate.  You made such a difficult and grief-filled time a lot easier for us to bare, and helped us to achieve the participation of everyone who attended on the day in helping them to say their farewells to Y.  Thank you so much.  Love, Y, B, S and J.

28th February 2018:  Paul – we have been re-united after 24 years!  How on earth could that have happened, except by chance?  You made us feel at ease straight away and lifted a big weight from us both at a time when we were worried.  We knew we could count on your professionalism and support from the word go.  You put together and led an incredibly fitting tribute for Dad.  It did him and his achievements justice, but, also, fully acknowledged our own personal loss.  The way you spoke our personal words was filled with a sense of pride and the right emotion, which you picked up on when we first met.  Thank you so much, and keep in touch.  K & E.

2nd March 2018:  Paul – You are amazing at what you do.  Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, for the amazing send off you gave to both T and S.  You did them both proud.  You’re top rate and we would recommend you to everyone.  Once again, thank you. Love, A, J and the whole family.

7th March 2018:  What a brilliant service, Paul.  You gave H the perfect send-off and spoke about him in a brilliant way.  You bought all the stories we told you about him to life.  But what got everyone was your beautiful act of taking one of the white roses for our little dog, Henry, and placing it on H’s coffin.  Henry loved you when you visited us…but no one was expecting it and it just made everyone go ‘Ahhhhhhh’.  Beautiful, and thoughtful.  You’ve left us all with great memories of H perfect send-off.  Thank you so much.  Love C, R, M and H and families.

12th March 2018:  Thank you so much for everything you did to make G’s funeral so beautiful and memorable for all of us today – and for the care you have taken of us since we first met you.  I want to particularly thank you for being kind enough to allow D a few private minutes with his Nan after the service had ended.  It absolutely meant the world to him that you did that.  Everyone has said what a brilliant service it was from start to finish, so thank you again.  Love, J, D and all of G’s family.

16th March 2018:  I just wanted to thank you again for such a lovely service for P last Friday.  Everyone said the same thing, and we honestly could not have asked for better.  Love, V and family.

26th March 2018:  Paul – Just Wow!  You created and delivered an amazing and very special Ceremony for K today.  It was absolutely brilliant – a whole hour of him which was spot on all the way through.  People asked how long you’d know us…but we were honest and told them ‘about 4 hours!’  Seriously, everyone sung your praises straight after we exited, and we saw a lot of people go to you directly.  We were so glad to see you come back to the wake for a proper chat with us all.  Thank you, thank you for everything  – and for your support of us as a family.  You were totally brilliant!  Love D, C, S, E and families.

26th March 2018:  That was such a beautiful service, Paul.  Thank you.  You were sensitive and kind to us as a family and reflected exactly what we wanted in that sincere, yet simple service for L, who wasn’t a lover of too much fuss.  It was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for better. 4th April 2018:  Thanks, Paul.  We just wanted to say thank you very much for the wonderful service yesterday.  Mum would have really enjoyed it.  The whole family said it was the perfect send off – it could not have gone any better, and we did Mum proud.  It was all put together so well – and so seamlessly – you judged the mood and tone of the day perfectly.  I think that just goes to show how much hard work goes into planning and organising such an event – a professional always makes their job look easy!  Love, S, C and families.

13th April 2018:  Paul – thank you for officiating at Dad’s service today.  It was perfect.  We wanted to thank you for your support and everything you have done for us over the past week or so.  It could not have gone any better, and we were so pleased it was you who was recommended to us.  We’ve also written to the Funeral Director to commend your services.  With thanks, B, I and families.

23rd April 2018:  Paul – we just wanted to say thank you for everything you did to make D’s funeral so moving and special  We received nothing but compliments from everyone.  Over 180 people attended his service at Chelmsford – an emotional, terrible day for everyone that none of us could have imagined, and we truly felt your own emotion too.  But you held it together perfectly, and for that, we thank you.  Thanks also for your support and kindness towards our family, our friends, and for your support to us as we delivered our own tributes to D on the day.  Love, S, S, B, J,and L – and all of D’s friends.

26th April 2018:  Thank you again for a lovely service, Paul.  Everyone said what a calming, empathetic person you are.  You made it so personal, and also the perfect day for Mum.  We’ll never forget the beauty of today – and the gorgeous purple theme.  Love, K, C and J.

8th May 2018:  Paul, thank you for a beautiful and gentle service for A.  It was exactly what was needed.  Even thought we didn’t have a lot of information, your little suggestions added a lot of  meaning.  We only get to do these things once.  Thank you again.

9th May 2018:  You were brilliant as usual Paul.  It was lovely to see you again and have your help as we laid K’s ashes to rest.  Your little service was absolutely perfect for that.  We’ll never forget either this, or his brilliant funeral service.  Lots of love, D, C, S, E, L and family.

10th May 2018:  Paul, thank you!  You captured D’s character so spot on, it was amazing.  We laughed and cried through your brilliant service today.  It has left us with a feeling of peace, knowing that we gave her the best send-off possible.  Thank you again, P, T, D, S and families.

15th June 2018:  Paul – thank you for a brilliant outdoor service today for A.  It was so ‘her’.  She loved nature and the outdoors and to do things ‘differently’ so even when the ducks waddled through the ceremony whilst you were conducting just made it even better.  Thank you for everything, you’ve been amazing, and so many people commented on the ‘different’ service…I think it impacted a lot on many people who came to say their farewells in a really positive way.  Love A, T, T, P, E, L and A.

7th September 2018:  I just wanted to thank you personally for everything you did for us on Friday.  I was looking for you afterwards but couldn’t find you!  It was perfect – really a beautiful service.  We never expected to be saying goodbye to someone so young, but you made A’s tribute fun, a bit cheeky and communicated it with that same love and emotion he had himself .  You weren’t ‘stuffy’ and it was so nice to hear people chuckle as you told the stories we shared about him, but we also felt your own emotion too when you read out words on behalf of our family.  Everyone talked about you afterwards and said how great you had been and how, in some cases, it had been the ‘best’ funeral they’d been too.  Love, A, S, T & T, H, C and all of A’s family.

23 November 2018:  Hi Paul, thank you so much for your help with laying my Dad to rest.  Your summing up of my Dad’s life was so good, my brothers step son thought you knew him.  For me that was the highest tribute.  I have been to services where the person conducting them clearly had no grasp of what sort of person they were talking about.  I know in this world where we don’t all know a local priest, or they us, it is very difficult, but you managed it.  Our sincere thanks.  V, N, A, P and families.

4th March 2019:  Hello Paul.  I am writing on behalf of M, G and all the family to thank you for all the work and time you put in, and for the way the whole service was conducted.  We all agreed it could not have been better and was a great tribute to D.  Afterwards, back at the house, we had people coming up saying “I didn’t know D had done ‘this’ and ‘that”, so you “painted” a really wonderful picture of her life.  Anyway Paul, thank you so much – it was greatly appreciated. As we discussed when there is more than two families involved and decades of addiction it was always going to be difficult service and a need for the upmost sensitivity, I must say your attention to detail and the effort you obviously applied in your preparation and research resulted in a detailed delivery with all areas receiving coverage.  Along with well chosen words, it was an excellent reflection of my brothers life, for which we deeply appreciate.

The competency of what you did was noted by many who attended and was much commented on at the wake, I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others and allowing this commendation to be used in part ,or fully, as a testimonial on your website.

10th February 2020:  Hi Paul, I am writing on behalf of our family to express our thanks for B’s service you conducted on Monday 10th Feb at Forest Park.  We felt it could not have gone better and was both sensitive and respectful.  This opinion was echoed by other family members in attendance.  We thought you spoke with eloquence and emotion, and your reading of the swan poem with the music coming in, as our goodbye to B, was quite beautiful.  We didn’t expect a real rainbow to the closing Eva Cassidy music but it was very unexpected and quite special on the day.  I don’t know if you or her late partner, J, ‘upstairs’ had a hand in it !  Once again many thanks for your services and friendly efficiency. 25th February 2020:  Hi Paul, we just all wanted to thank you again for the brilliant send off you gave Dad yesterday.  From start to finish you have been nothing short of brilliant, and the way you talked about Dad yesterday was superb.  You encouraged, guided and supported us through an incredibly difficult farewell bringing out the best of Dad’s amusing life.  The crowning glory was leaving the pile of Cadbury’s miniatures on his coffin as we left so he had chocolate for his next journey.  Even the Funeral Director said it was one of the nicest Funerals she’d ever been to, so I suppose that’s definitely saying something!  Love N, D, P and families.

27th March 2020:  Hi Paul,  I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic job you did on Friday.  Apart from the fact that we were missing some important people, Mum’s funeral was exactly as I would have wanted it.  You managed to pitch it in just the right way for a family that had really done its grieving some time ago and now just wanted to remember Mum as the lovely, always laughing person she was, to say “cheerio” and then see her laid to rest in beautiful, peaceful surroundings.  I am so glad you were pleased with D’s recording and photos.  It will be lovely to share them with Mum’s neighbours when I eventually get to see them.  I hope you manage to steer your way through the choppy financial waters ahead and, rest assured, should anyone I know find themselves in need of a funeral celebrant, I shall be passing on your details.  Many thanks and best wishes, W, C and families.

8th April 2020:  Hi Paul,  I just want to thank you for our farewell to Mum yesterday.  The words you had written were lovely and summed up Mum perfectly.  I was dreading the service because it wasn’t what Mum had planned as she had wanted all her friends to attend.  Some of her friends, neighbours and colleagues did say a farewell to her as they stood along the roads leading to Greenacres and Mum would have loved it and felt like royalty.  In a way because of the situation, it was that we had our own personal farewell to Mum and felt we had done her proud.  Once our lives are back to normal and we can plan Mum’s memorial to celebrate her life with all the people in her life we will certainly be in touch.  Thank you again.  Kind regards, K, J, S and families.

11th March 2021:  The lovely service you created for Dad was far more comprehensive than we were expecting.  We were only too aware how difficult your job was, as you received information in different meetings, from different people and in different mediums.  Under those circumstance, we all agreed you did a wonderful job.  On the day, it was word perfect – and if Dad had been sitting in the audience listening, he would have been very impressed.  With thanks for all your help and guidance over the last couple of weeks – J, B, A and R.

16th March 2021:  Dear Paul, You did brilliantly for us today; in every way – and the Rosemary was a wonderful touch which everyone mentioned.  So appropriate.  I hope we can meet again sometime.  Thank you, again and again.  J, A, T and family.

23rd April 2021:  Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts, Paul.  You were truly outstanding on Friday afternoon.  We just wanted to message you on behalf of Dad and our family and we thank you so very much for making my Nan’s last day on earth so wonderful.  It was super special to all of us and we couldn’t have done it without you.  Lots of Love, from all of C’s family.

4th May 2021:  Paul,  Just a special word of thanks to you for all your work on R’s funeral. You went to a great deal of trouble and all the feedback from the streaming was that the service was greatly appreciated.  It was described as a caring, loving and thoughtful tribute.  It cannot have been easy for you, but you struck just the right balance for a service which must have been quite different from most of the services you prepare for.  I really appreciated your support and advice throughout.  Best wishes, Ian.

14th May 2021:  Hi Paul, I just wanted to say thank you once again for your support and lovely service today.  We felt fully supported by both yourself and the Funeral Director today.  You really took your time with us and got a great insight into our Mum.  The service you lead sounded as though you’d actually met Mum, and everyone said how touching and personal it was.  We think Mum, herself, would have loved it, even though she was the centre of attention!!  So, once again, thank you.  Love Kelly and family.

26th May 2021:  Dear Paul.  From the word ‘go’ we had every confidence that you would create and lead a fitting farewell for Mum – and on the day that didn’t disappoint.  Both yourself and the Funeral Director were exceptional.  From A, A and family.

1st June 2021:  Thanks for all of your help and support over the last 10 days Paul – and for leading such a heartfelt service in the most difficult of circumstances.  As soon as I read your beautiful words, I was in tears.  The sun shone bright on his final day…just as I’d wished.  Love C and family.

2nd June 2021:  Dear Paul,  I had intended to speak to you after D’s service last week, but found myself travelling home having missed the opportunity.  I had been anxious about organising such an important occasion, but with your help and thoughtful contribution, we were able to remember D with sadness in our hearts, but also with a smile.  Someone so special to me – and I am sure the loving goodbye from everyone would have pleased and comforted him.  Thank you so much for being with us.  Love D & the whole family.

4th June 2021:  Hi Paul, I just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful service for Dave yesterday.  I was so pleased with how it all came together and represented his life in a celebratory way.  Everyone who was there and those who watched online have said how fitting it and moving it was. 7th June 2021:  Dear Paul, Thank you so much for helping make R’s Funeral the celebration of his life that we wanted.  We are indebted to you for your consideration and understanding of our need to convey his character throughout the service.  We have heard from friends who watched via the internet, and their reaction was the same as friends and family who were at the actual service:  ‘You did him proud!’  Love B and family.

11th June 2021:  Dear Paul.  Thank you so much for the wonderful tribute to my Johnny.  Everything was perfect.  We did look for you afterwards to come back for a drink, but someone said you had to get off quickly.  Anyway Paul, thanks again for everything you’ve done for us.  You done him proud – and please accept this gesture and have a bottle of wine on John.  Love L and family.

15th July 2021:  Dear Paul:  I cannot thank you enough for all that you did to give my Dad, Mike, such an elegant and caring farewell.  Your support, advice, wisdom and caring organisation was outstanding from start to finish.  I meant it when I said it was one of the best Funerals I have ever been to – and I’ve been to many.  Your words throughout the Ceremony were perfect:  Mum was so pleased.  You made her feel proud of Mike, rather than sad and mournful.  A Funeral for a husband of 66 years could not be more painful, but you turned it into something very special and memorable.  Simple, elegant, graceful, caring and deeply respectful.  Paul – a million thanks.  Bets wishes, Phil and family.

24th August 2021:  Paul.I just had to say thank you once again for your amazing contribution to Mum’s funeral.  We could not have had a more perfect send off for her.  Every tiny aspect, even the weather, played out perfectly.  The most important part of the proceedings was always going to be the words spoken.  Passing the responsibility of speaking about our lovely Mum was a difficult task.  But we knew as soon as we met that this was going to work.  You skilfully elicited valuable pieces of information about her life and character and put it together perfectly. The delivery was equally superb.  Every person at the funeral couldn’t believe you weren’t part of the family such was your summation of all of the facets of her life. 22nd October 2021:  Dear Paul,  Thank you, thank you for being our Celebrant at Dad’s funeral yesterday!  From your very first contact with us, you were professional, thoughtful and just so kind and you made the planning exceptionally easy for us.  The whole family was delighted with the Service and how all of the arrangements went and, most importantly, we know that Dad would be very happy too. So many there yesterday commented on how personal the service was and that it reflected Dad so well.  Many also noted that it was as if you had known Dad too – it was so evident that you had asked us all of the right questions when we met not even a week ago; that you had listened to and observed Anne and I carefully; and that you then invested time and love into ensuring your words were personal and fitting, weaving in the various themes so cleverly. As I said on the phone, your contributions were “brilliant” and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. We also really appreciated the opportunity of being able to read the entire service through in advance as it meant we could relax – there would be no surprises.  Personally, despite everything, I ‘enjoyed’ Dad’s funeral more than any other I have attended, I think, because it felt so comfortable and right from start to finish. How wonderful! 

27th October 2021:  Dear Paul,  I would just like to thank you on behalf of myself and everyone who attended the service for Angie.  You did a marvellous job and treated the words, sentiments and music with the utmost professionalism and thoughtfulness.  Angie would have approved of everything we planned for her, although she wouldn’t have liked the fuss!  I will remember for a very long time everything that went into the service today – and you were largely responsible for that.  With many thanks and all good wishes, Christine.

28th October 2021:  Dear Paul.  How serendipitous to be looking online for pictures of the chapels at Chelmsford Crematorium and find not just those, but a truly gifted Celebrant to lead Dad’s service.  All the family commented on what a lovely service it was – as did the Funeral Director herself – who said she’s seen many in her time, but this would count as one of the best.  Together, I think we gave Dad the beautiful, warm send-off he deserved and the whole family are grateful to you for that.  With my thanks and warmest wishes, Sue & Alan.

12th November 2021:  I was delighted when Paul was recommended to me for my Mum’s Funeral, as I had first witnessed his work at another service three years ago.  But now, this was my mothers funeral, so I wanted it all to be as good as it possible could.  Paul did not disappoint.  Extremely professional from our first meeting right through to delivering a befitting service, Paul’s work is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend him.  Kevin H.

7th December 2021:  Hi Paul,  I just wanted to thank you for the lovely service you performed on Tuesday 7th December for Dad’s funeral.  We are so grateful for the time and effort you took to ensure that the eulogy captured Dad and his life.  Everyone who attended the wake expressed how impressed they were with what was said, and how heartfelt it was, so thank you for putting in so much effort to say what we felt needed saying, but were unable to say ourselves.  We spent the following five hours laughing and remembering Dad, which has helped us deal with the grief we are both feeling.  Once again, thank you again for helping make what was a difficult day a little easier to bear. 8th December 2021:  Dear Paul,  Just a quick email to say thank you so very much for making today so very well and fitting to Dad.  From dealing with us before and during the lead-up to the service, to your calm and considerate presence during it, you helped ensure that it was both an event that those attending enjoyed, and which dad himself would have been pleased with.  Many people commented afterwards as to the amazing service – and also in relation to you in particular – as to how well you conducted the service and imparted the essence of Dad.  A couple of people even asked if you were family as it was delivered with so much feeling.  Thank you, also, for allowing the longest funeral ever to find its way to Greenacres that day at 1 hour 22 minutes.  Many people said they actually didn’t want it to end!  I think they were quite taken by the content of dads life!  Again thank you for your care of us, and for how you ensured every detail for today went as well as it did.  M & T.
